Arsenal Credit Union’s core data processing system will be undergoing an upgrade August 1-3.
While the email we sent you last Monday focused on what you will not be able to do during this time, this one covers what you will be able to do!
You can continue to write checks and use your debit card and/or credit card from us to make purchases.
You can withdraw money and make deposits at ATMs using your debit card (or ATM card).
Another option, if you need money, is to use your credit card to get a cash advance at any location that accepts Visa.
While there will be temporary limits on debit card and ATM usage during the upgrade, they should not interfere with most day-to-day purchases and other transactions.
If you did not open and read our communication last week, we wanted you to be aware that all Arsenal locations will be closed for business on Saturday, Aug. 1, and Monday, Aug. 3. On these same days, you will also not have access to your Arsenal account(s) at shared branches operated by other credit unions. Online banking/bill pay and mobile banking will be unavailable, as well as banking by phone (i.e., using our automated teller system, ActionLine).
On Tuesday, August 4, it will be back to business as usual at your credit union.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.
