Credit Unions rank highest in customer service

Consumer Reports recently compiled results from its readership surveys since 2012 to identify the companies that provide the best and worst customer service. Out of the 22 industries surveyed, credit unions finished at the top of the “best service” list, with a score of 90 out of a possible 100! Other respected business rankings, such as American Customer Satisfaction Index, Harris Poll, Temkin Group and Chicago Booth/Kellogg School Financial Trust Index, have put credit unions on top for trust and service as well.
