Putting old electronics back to good use

The electronics recycling events at the Webster Groves (Saturday, June 17) and Arnold (Saturday, June 24) branches were a roaring success! Here are the results from the two sessions:

Webster Groves branch: 8,569 pounds

Arnold branch: 7,026 pounds

In total, members (and non-members) brought in 15,595 pounds of their electronic waste! That’s almost 8 tons of old electronics that will not end up in landfills. A big thank you goes out to Midwest Recycling Center (MRC) who we partnered with to host these events.

These will be the only eRecycling events Arsenal hosts this year. Next year, events will take place at different branches.
