Calling us or making a visit to a branch isn’t always the most convenient way to handle your Arsenal accounts. You now have the option to speak with an Arsenal representative through Secure Live Chat using online banking or the Arsenal mobile app.
Use your computer or mobile device to take care of issues regarding:
- Account services
- Card services
- Online/mobile banking
Secure Live Chat through online banking:
To use, log into your online banking account. Under the Additional Services tab, click the link that says Secure Live Chat. Select the reason for your chat, enter your account information, then click Begin Chat. Also, you will soon find a button at the bottom of your online banking page that says Secure Live Chat. Click this and you will be taken to the page to enter your information.
Secure Live Chat through the Arsenal mobile app
To use, log into the Arsenal mobile app. Click the menu icon in the top left corner, then scroll down to the link that says Secure Live Chat. Select the reason for your chat, enter your account information, then click Begin Chat.
When is Secure Live Chat available?
You can chat with an Arsenal representative Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Please be aware that we will not receive any messages sent outside of these hours.
